The following terms and conditions will apply to Express Replacement Service (“ERS”) provided in conjunction with any services offered under 戦国 カグラ スロット's Limited Warranty. This service is additional to the service options available at no charge under 戦国 カグラ スロット’s warranty and does not otherwise affect your statutory rights.

i. If you want to minimize the amount of time without your 戦国 カグラ スロット product and If 戦国 カグラ スロット determines that your product is eligible for ERS, and you choose to order ERS by providing to 戦国 カグラ スロット your credit card details, 戦国 カグラ スロット will ship to your designated location a replacement product. You will return your product so that 戦国 カグラ スロット receives it within ten (10) days from the date 戦国 カグラ スロット ships the replacement product (the “Return Period”). You must return the original product in the package that contained the replacement product in accordance with 戦国 カグラ スロット’s instructions. 戦国 カグラ スロット will retain the original product and you will retain the replacement product.

ii. For the ERS, 戦国 カグラ スロット will charge your credit card the ERS Charge, described at the Product Service FAQ webpages described below (“Service FAQ”) at the time the replacement product ships. The ERS Charge is waived for customers of 戦国 カグラ スロットCare service plans, when applicable. In addition, at the time the replacement product ships, 戦国 カグラ スロット will effect an authorization against your credit card equal to the replacement value of a new product (“Replacement Value”), described at the Service FAQ. This authorization will be maintained by 戦国 カグラ スロット and will be applied against any damage to the original product that is not covered by 戦国 カグラ スロット’s warranty or the applicable 戦国 カグラ スロットCare service plan, or loss of the original product or other payments due 戦国 カグラ スロット. Repairs are considered Out-of-Warranty when:

iii. If 戦国 カグラ スロット receives the original product within the Return Period in a condition that is: (i) eligible for warranty service, the authorization on your credit card will expire; (ii) ineligible for warranty service but eligible for Out-of-Warranty Service, your credit card will be charged the Out-of-Warranty Fee, described at the Service FAQ; (iii) ineligible for warranty service and ineligible for Out-of-Warranty Service, your credit card will be charged the Replacement Value. An original product that is inoperable due to unauthorized modifications or has failed due to catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, are examples of a product that is ineligible for Out-of-Warranty Service.

iv. If the original product is returned to 戦国 カグラ スロット within the Return Period, the remainder of the Replacement Value will be credited back to your credit card after confirmation that all other applicable charges have been paid. If 戦国 カグラ スロット does not receive the original product within the Return Period, your credit card will be charged the Replacement Value. All fees and charges described herein exclude all applicable taxes.

Country variations

The following country variations will control if inconsistent with any provision of these terms:

Australia: The contractual rights in respect of returns, refunds and warranties you may be entitled to under these terms are in addition to the statutory rights you may be entitled to under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
